Project Light of Manatee Inc., is a volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to providing English language instruction to adult speakers of other languages so that they may become productive members of our community.
We offer English classes from basic to advanced skill levels. Project Light also provides preparation for the US Citizenship Interview to our intermediate students.
To empower non-English speaking adults to participate more actively in our community through English language
All non-English speaking adults in our community should have the opportunity to speak, write and read English.
We welcome diversity. We embrace cultural differences. We recognize the right of all individuals to mutual respect and acceptance without biases or based on differences of any kind.
